How does it work?

  • eCoaching is a person to person (private menitoring) system and is ONLY available in the Melbourne (Australia) metropolitan area
  • The first consultation is FREE and, you will receive a Personal Digital Program outline to suit your needs
    • We identify the skill base you have
    • Discuss what you would like to use the computer for
    • Offer software options
    • Chat about your digital needs
    • Canvas possible times
  • You will receive a eCoaching fee proposal. This is defendant on the scope of the skills you aim to acquire.
  • More information about your personal eCoach can be located by clicking here
  • You will need an Internet connected computer. If you do not have these we can assist you to set up via our affiliate service provider > PeteTECH@HOME
  • A regular appointment time is set
  • Access to the eCoaching iLearn suport movies
  • You decide when you feel confident to be a solo computer user
  • Invoicing (ABN) for tax deductibility is encouraged.
